What is the trial?
We’re running a free trial with a small group of models, so that we can see what genuinely helps a model and improve the process as we go. You’d be one of the first models shaping how it works. Even though it’s a trial, it’s run in a fully committed, professional way, and is designed to give real benefits from the start. There’s more about the wider project on our FAQ.
Who is it for?
- Established, independent models streaming from home.
- 6+ months’ experience.
- Streaming 20+ hours a week.
What would I actually do?
You keep working as you do now — the trial just adds structure and a loose team around your work. During the trial you’re paired with a guide (like a monitor) for a short daily motivation call — chat or video, your choice — that lasts no more than 10 minutes. You also work in two-week cycles, each starting with a short planning session and ending with a retrospective session to review what went well and what could be improved.
What are the benefits?
The trial gives your work structure and a community around it — a small team on a loose schedule, a daily check-in with your guide, and people to turn to when things aren’t going well. The goal is for you to be happier in your work, which leads to better streams resulting in more money. Some of the benefits:
- An experienced monitor is available to help you plan your streaming sessions and keep you motivated.
- Free technical support when you need it.
- A Discord server where you can communicate with the team, share ideas, and solve problems.
- Help managing your schedule, to ensure you’re streaming at optimal times and meeting your goals.

Is this like a studio?
LaColectiva is not a studio. A studio tells you what to do, sets your hours, and takes a cut of your earnings. Independent models already know what they’re doing — LaColectiva is there to help and support them.
Is it private and anonymous?
Yes, completely. We understand this process is run in the adult camming industry, and that discretion is of high importance. We don’t ask for your real name and we don’t need any ID.
Is taking part free?
Yes — completely free. LaColectiva will be a paid service at some point, but while we’re proving it out, we cover all the costs.
When does it start?
We’re pulling the first team together now, aiming to start at the beginning of November. If you’re interested, get in touch and we’ll keep you posted on timing.
