Why is your website so basic?
This is 2026, not 1996 — we don’t need some badly designed adult website. Models are smart Gen Z users; our website is here to give you the information you need. Beyond that, we’re building where models actually are: on social media and on Discord.
What is LaColectiva?
LaColectiva applies the way software teams work to independent camming. Programmers work on their own from home, they work in short cycles, meet each day, and regularly review what’s working and what isn’t. Independent camming has none of this. A model works alone, with no structure and no support. That makes the work less enjoyable, which results in lost earnings and burnout. LaColectiva brings structure and community to independent cam models.
Who’s behind LaColectiva?
LaColectiva was founded by Drexy. After running remote programming teams for global software companies, he saw how the same methods could work for independent cam models. Jacke is a skilled monitor and model who leads the improvement process at LaColectiva, making sure every model has a guide who truly understands camming. Drexy and Jacke don’t just want to make money in camming — they want to improve the industry by helping more models become independent businesswomen.
Who is it designed for?
Established, full-time independent models. The process works best when everyone is at a similar stage, with similar problems and a similar commitment to their work.
What is the process?
The process is built around two core ideas: working within a small team that shares a Discord community, and working in two-week cycles with a planning session at the start and a retrospective session at the end. Here are some of the parts of the process:
- You work in a team of six models at a similar level — like colleagues who help each other out.
- Each team has a Discord server to post wins, share stream ideas, and ask for help.
- You work with a guide (like a monitor), there for daily motivation and to help improve your stream.
- A daily 1:1 motivation call with your guide before you stream — 10 minutes max, over Discord video or chat.
- Every two weeks, a planning session with your guide to map out the next two weeks of streaming.
- Every two weeks, a retrospective with your guide on what went well and what to improve.
The process is designed to get out of the way and let you stream. The daily motivation calls are short, and if you need support at any other time, no problem — the team is there on Discord.
How does LaColectiva help a model?
LaColectiva makes camming work easier, so you’re happier in your work and on stream — which leads to more money and less burnout. Here’s how it helps:
- Being part of a team makes the work less isolating — no more going weeks on end without speaking to anyone about your work.
- Working in cycles means that camming doesn’t get boring and repetitive; you’re always working on improving your stream.
- Using Discord for communication means that ideas, problems, and solutions are shared with the team.
These are the main benefits, but the program will be continuously improving to ensure that models get the most out of it.
Is this like a studio?
LaColectiva is not a studio. A studio tells you what to do, sets your hours, and takes a cut of your earnings. Independent models already know what they’re doing — LaColectiva is there to help and support them.
How do you make money?
While we prove out the process, LaColectiva is free — we cover all the costs. Our plan for the future is for this to become a paid subscription service that models can sign up to.
What stage of development is the project at?
Early. We’re looking to run a trial with six models, working closely with them to make sure it actually solves the problems they face. See the trial page for more details.
