What is the interview?

LaColectiva is early stage. Before we build anything more we want to properly understand the industry. The interview is a conversation about your experience of working independently — what works, what doesn’t, and what would make your life easier. There’s more about LaColectiva on our FAQ.

Will I get paid for the interview?

Yes, we’ll pay you 70 USD to answer questions about the camming industry. We can pay via OnlyFans, PayPal, Bitcoin, or whatever works best for you.

How does the interview work?

The interview is really simple — no video or voice call, just a chat over WhatsApp.

What will you ask me?

The questions are about the problems you see in the camming industry. We want to understand what those problems are, and how we could build something to help fix them. Nothing is personal.

How long does it take?

No longer than 45 minutes.

Is it anonymous?

Yes, completely. The interview is done over WhatsApp, and we don’t ask for your real name or any ID. We only ask for a link to confirm you’re a genuine cam model — that could be your cam platform profile, a Linktree, or anything else that shows it.

Do I have to commit to anything?

No commitment at all. Just give some honest feedback about your experience of the webcam industry, and that’s it.
